Keri Lynn, SHRM-SCP, is the Founder and Principal Consultant of BeeBetter HR, where she helps small and midsized organizations navigate growth, change, workforce complexity, and leadership challenges through Fractional CHRO, organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, and executive advisory services.

With more than 18 years of experience across human resources, organizational development, quality and regulatory affairs, manufacturing, federal contracting, IT, and professional services, Keri brings a business-first perspective to people strategy. She has advised CEOs and executive teams, led multistate HR functions, built and restructured departments, improved organizational performance, reduced operating costs, strengthened leadership capability, and helped organizations align people, structure, and systems with business priorities.

Keri’s work spans workforce strategy, organizational design, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, change management, HR infrastructure, culture, employee engagement, and operational improvement. She is known for translating complex organizational challenges into practical, actionable solutions that strengthen both business performance and the employee experience.

In addition to her consulting work, Keri is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional, a Human Capital Institute-certified Strategic Workforce Planning and Strategic HR Leadership professional, and a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence through the American Society for Quality. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, further deepening her work at the intersection of people, performance, leadership, and organizational systems.

Keri is also a bestselling author, speaker, and facilitator whose work explores leadership, workplace realities, burnout, career alignment, and sustainable success. Across consulting, training, writing, and speaking, her focus is consistent: helping people and organizations make better decisions, build stronger systems, and perform at a higher level without losing sight of the humans doing the work.

Her greatest motivation is her family. Keri’s children, Kristofer and Gabrielle, remain a constant source of purpose and perspective, and she hopes that by intentionally creating a life aligned with her values and ambitions, they will feel empowered to do the same.
